Cassian Nuñez, Founder & CEO

Cassian Nuñez serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RINO INVEST in addition to serving his country as a member of the United States Army. In 2017, he earned a Certificate in Advanced Business Analytics from the University of South Carolina before obtaining his Master of Business Administration from Mercer University in 2019. He is currently deployed at Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo, where he is assisting the operations of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and has recently ascended to the rank of Captain.

Cynthia Navarro, COO

Cynthia Navarro serves as the Chief Operations Officer of RINO INVEST in addition to her role as a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP in Los Angeles, CA. In 2018, she obtained her Master of Professional Accountancy from the Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine. She also had a successful stint as a Financial Center Operations Manager at Bank of America. Her efforts at Bank of America were formally recognized when she was named Employee of the Month in May 2017. She was also a participant in the prestigious Oxford Young Entrepreneurial Leadership Program.
