Non-dividend stocks, often also called growth stocks, are shares of companies who rather tend to reinvest their earnings into the own business to grow instead of paying dividends. An investor buying these stocks hopes for a value increase of the company stock due to these initiatives opposed to e.g. the regular cash flow a dividend stock is providing.
