Our Owners Portal provides access to monthly statements, information on any maintenance requests submitted by the resident and the actions taken by our team, 1099s for tax time, a copy of the lease agreement and management agreement, and the ability to message us with any questions or concerns you may have. Resident Services

Our Resident Portal allows you to pay your rent via credit card or ACH, submit maintenance requests to our 24/7 maintenance team, purchase inexpensive rental property insurance that we require all of our residents to have, and view our announcements all in one place. We offer rental assistance services through Till.com. We offer credit reporting through Experian.  A digital front door lock so you never have to worry about forgetting your keys.

Matt Pettit serves as the Chief Investment Officer of RINO INVEST. He is a 2015 Graduate of Wofford College with a degree in Accounting. He also serves his country as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve.
